01 The premise
Most young
people are told
to wait.
We think that's the single worst piece of advice going. The tools are free, the internet is open, and the distance between an idea and a working product has never been shorter.
Youth Builder Society exists to close that distance. We put builders in the same room — online and off — give them a deadline, an audience and people who will actually read their code, and then get out of the way.
No gatekeeping, no résumé padding, no waiting for permission. You bring the idea. We bring the room.

One weekend. One idea. A working thing at the end of it. Teams of up to four, any stack, any category — the only rule is that it has to run.

Start one
where you are.
A chapter is YBS in your school, your college or your city — you host the build nights, we hand over everything else.
Playbooks, event formats, judging rubrics, design assets, speakers and a direct line to the core team. You do not need experience running things. You need a room and a date.
